They replaced my roof for insurance coverage. They completed the roof and ignored some damage they saw. I had some work that was included in the insurance claim and they delayed/cancelled it 3 times and then took a powder and never came back. I can only assume it was not enough work for them to bother with.

We had a great experience with the company. While we were not initially looking for a company to replace our roof, the company did an excellent job of inspecting our roof and even showed us the video and explained their process. Rufus Freeman was phenomenal. He worked directly with our insurance company through completion. I have recommended them to other family and friends. Professional and personable.

I chose this roofing company based on reviews. The project start to finish was excellent. The sales person Tom was very knowledgeable and professional. The roofers completed the project within one day and the final inspection was done within one day. Highly recommended.

The Neill Company has always been a pleasure to work with. We have hired them to do a variety of different jobs for our association. Every job is responded to promptly which is greatly appreciated, especially after the damage our buildings sustained due to the recent hurricanes. The Neill Company has always exceeded our expectations. They have completed multiple roof repairs and a roof replacement on a six unit building. They completed numerous concrete repairs, stucco repairs, corrected electrical issues and repairs at the community pool, and painted and completed exterior repairs on over 30 buildings. Not at this time!!!!! and for good reason. They did a good job on the roof, but the "after" service leaves a lot to be desired.
2 months after the installation, my roof antenna was blown off and then reported to my salesman (David crews). A week and a half later he told me that the contractor said it looked like someone got up on my roof and pulled it down???????? WHAT and WHY would anyone do that??????? He said it could be fixed for an additional charge. I'm getting a lawyer involved................. -

We had used The Neill Company to re-roof our home, and were very pleased with the result.
A few months ago, a hurricane caused a tree to fall on the carport roof of another property we own, damaging some rafters. We immediately called Doug Neill, and he worked seamlessly with our Insurance Co. to repair the rafters and replace the roof as quickly as possible, taking much of the anxiety of dealing with the Insurance off our shoulders. Once again, Doug did a quality job! He is a kind and honorable gentleman, who is personally involved in each project, takes pride in his work, and we highly recommend the Neill Company. 904-365-7663.
