    Kitchen & Bathroom remodel

    In 2017/18 Tom Grimley did an „extended“ kitchen and bathroom remodel for me. He was also supervising all the work as i wasn’t in LA. A job @ around 150k. Unfortunately a lot of details were not done well or simply left unfinished. There’s still a pile of debris in my yard. The window and door in the bathroom were just primed, not fully painted. The shower enclosure is very shaky and the door opens to the wrong side. Some grouts are faulty and the paintjob in general, it was done, let’s say not with a lot of love. There are also some pretty nice things like two new window openings and removal of walls that were done pretty well but overall I would not recommend „the new monument“.
