I needed to get my house seismic retrofitted in order to get earthquake insurance, so I called this guys for help.
The best part about this job is that the inspector Doug that came out was not just any random sales rep, he was one of the founders of the company and the responsible managing officer.
Doug, the foundation inspector, explained to me the whole process and also brought up other foundation concerns to my attention.
I ended up hiring them and they just kept impressing me with their workmanship and quality of work. They were always on time and they always cleaned the site before leaving.
The thing I like the most is that Doug and his father Jaime supervised the entire job until it was completed.
I would recommend these guys to any home owner in need of a seismic retrofit and also foundation repairs.
