We hired the Other Half to renovate our camp. It was part mobile home and part stick build. They did a great job. They listened to what we wanted and guided us in areas we did not have much knowledge. Everything was new except for the siding. They completed the job before we expected. We love the place. Doug and his team were extremely easy to work with. We also lived 2 1/2 hours away, so it was blind faith hiring them. The work was done in the winter so we were not able to go over a lot. They did great work and we are so glad we hired them. Would greatly recommend them. Great job.

The Other Half stick-built our new home just over a year ago. We couldn’t be happier with our place and the company we chose. Doug has a great team that cares about the project and it shows in their workmanship. Very fairly priced and easy to work with. The few projects Doug subcontracted out (cement and block) were top notch professionals. I highly recommend their services.

We contracted The Other Half to stick build our retirement home. Who knew that covid would hit just before we were to break ground. Doug and Mike did everything humanly possible to coordinate and keep things on track, while also suggesting things we had never considered as possibilities. The end result.... a beautiful new home with absolute top of the line craftsmanship. They aren't just our contractors, they've become our friends.
