Four months after $8200,00 down payment-no show to construct sun room. Bruce Wayne salesman, Duncan Helwig contractor for sun room. Said they work for C-Thru Sunrooms in Riverside CA. Reported them to BBB. Fraud?

Absolute worst experience. Completely disreputable company. He is using a salesman by the name of Bruce (wayne) Orman as a front to sell the products. Do not confuse them with C-Thru Sunrooms which is a reputable company. Work is still not done and the sunroom is leaking and finish work is horrible. It also may not even be a C-Thru Sunroom product. Stay away, he has been reported as well to the state, IRS, and INS as well as his insurance company which has no record, so he is not even bonded more than likely.

This contractor build a patio enclosure in my property. Horrible job, Duncan Helwig the owner/supervisor was never at the site. The walls are crooked, the doors do not aligned. The laborer cut the roof and damaged the structure. They work together with Michael Eugene Christopher and his myriad of names: Patio Depot, Patio Cover Pros, Patio Builders Express, Patio Depot Pro Builders Express, Sunrooms, California Sunroom Pro, California Patio Cover Pros, California Sunroom Pros. My site was abandoned on December 2017. Duncan never fixed the problems. Be aware.

On 2/29/2020, A Salesman from SunRooms & Patio Room of San Diego Inc., by the name of Bruce Wayne, received in the amount of $3,500 as a deposit to enclose an existing patio on our home. We later discovered that his understanding of what we had told him of the structure to be built was contrary to our request.
Mr. Wayne instead became very rude and unprofessional and decided to hold onto our deposit of $3,500. Despite several request on our part to put a stop and return our money, the check was cashed in 3 days. Because of this unprofessional and unethical behavior, we are making a complain against his company Sunrooms and Patio Rooms of San Diego and also demanding the return of our hard-earned money.
With this notice, we are ALERTING the PUBLIC to be CAUTIOUS of SUNROOMS & PATIO ROOMS of SAN DIEGO Inc. It will be a great benefit on your part to do a review and survey of this company before hiring them to work for you. Most especially, beware of the individual called BRUCE WAYNE! He is an individual of no integrity and is looking to take your MONEY and RUN.
