the Phone Guy Reviews
3 out of 5 stars, based on 4 reviews

I hired The Phone Guy to replace a phone jack, that was all. Another company had already done a line check and the connection in my bedroom was stronger than from my kitchen line. There was no problem at all with the phone line leading from one room to the other. He deliberately clipped about 4 inches off one wire, then tucked it into the wall, telling me it broke off. My initial reviews, before I had to shorten them to add all the harassment issues that followed, stated that I met this man before. I knew him through a now deceased friend and had worked for them years ago, cleaning their rental. However, he still made me uncomfortable after he cut my phone wires, so I asked him to reconnect the kitchen jack and leave. Then I emailed his business, that I did not want him to return, but to compensate me for his damages, which he refused, so I hired someone else and wrote my honest review. I never mentioned to The Phone Guy that I intended to take him to court, I just noted in my review that I easily could have.
This has become out of control, and these people won’t leave me alone out of retaliation for one, simple, truthful review that could have just been accepted and looked over had the cyber and physical stalking, calls, emails, MMS and private Facebook messages been omitted.
Mike Taulli, another man and a woman are airing their personal affairs all over the internet. I am not involved. The Phone Guy seems to believe that he is not responsible for the harassment he has channeled through his girlfriend turned employee, and that is where he is mistaken. The woman has gone from calling me a ****ing old hag, to her “ex’s” girlfriend, to The Phone Guys ex girlfriend. I was never a girlfriend to either of the two, and, because of the age difference, it would be highly unlikely. Mike Taulli’s personal history between me and his deceased housemate is not relevant in reporting a concern with The Phone Guy’s business ethics. Not knowing what she is getting in to, Rhoni should have kept that and the three of their sordid affairs off sites like these. At this time, Rhoni is libelously claiming I tried to extort money from Mr. Taulli, have been stalking her, and has supposedly shown followers a terrorist threat I made to her. These are all serious, volatile, allegations of me, which, if were true, should certainly be acted upon. My account of the service call remains constant. The reality is that some combination of the three have made up email and Facebook accounts pretending to be me causing them grief instead of the reverse. These are efforts to discredit my report and me, and draw sympathy towards the couple. Soliciting friends to write fake 5 star reviews for The Phone Guy is evident. It had been over 5 years since any reviews came in for his business and since my original one from September, 2015, there is a sudden influx. While many are fake, some are obviously so. She has also appealed to complaint sites to remove my truthful account of the service call, free of charge, claiming it is fake. Business review sites, don’t fall for it! The negative ones that are fake, remain. I identified myself with my real email address, being that my complaint is genuine. I have posted the threats and foul name calling on my Facebook page for law enforcement to view in the event that their viable threats of violence should come to fruition. As Rhoni has released my full name to many complaint sites, the public may also view them. I warn in advance, the posts from Rhoni are vulgar. My account of the service call is the truth. The Phone Guy and the other two should have left the dissatisfied customer out of their blatant lies and relationship ruse. Releasing a customer’s contact information to his girlfriend, along with destroying phone company property in my home was unprofessional and unethical. End of story!

These Guys are the best in the biz

I had an opportunity to move to a new building that I have had my eye on for years, I had to move fast to be able to seal the deal which meant zero down time for the phones and computer network, They completed the cabling a head of schedule and added another department of 24 users.
Mike and his crew came in worked through the night of the cut over and had us up and running come that Tuesday morning. I understand they ran into some major problems with the phone company and defective equipment that was not even their responsibility.
These guys were prompt, Super clean install and left the office as if they were never there. I would highly recommend The Phone Guy.

I have used The Phone Guy on 4 occasions and have had my expectations surpassed by great service from his office and field staff. They were prompt effective and repaired other vendors screw ups.
I thank them for their great service.
It had been some time since I last needed them, I was relieved that their contact information was still in our system.
The quality of service Mike and his crew provided remains unequaled.

Mike keep doing what you do so well. I would highly recommend The Phone Guy.

    Intentionally cut phone wires

My DSL was not working properly from it's usual phone jack located in my kitchen/living room wall. It only worked at full speed from my bedroom jack. I chose to call The Phone Guy, Mike Taulli, because I met him before through his now deceased roommate. He agreed to come over that Sunday afternoon to check it, gratis. Mike dismantled my kitchen jack and in replacing it with a new one, said that the wires were "old and brittle, and broke off, " far inside the wall where he could not reach them.
Next, he said, "I'll bet the jack in your bedroom doesn't work now." He was correct. He said he had to go into my bedroom to remedy that. I did not see what happened to the “broken wires,” (in his pocket?) had a bad feeling about the situation, and decided that I didn't want him to continue in my bedroom. I asked him to just reconnect the kitchen jack, to make it work as it did for my telephone service. I sent The Phone Guy ([email protected]), an email afterwards explaining that I did not want him to return to my home but needed to get the bed room jack fixed.
A month later, I received an angry email from The Phone Guy, speaking in the third person, which included his comment, "Given the no access to bedroom the tech had no option other to disable the jack in bed room." He alone is The Phone Guy business. There is no other employee, office help, technician, or otherwise, except when a neighbor (Matt) is asked to help him. It was his decision to destroy the connection between the two jacks. I contacted AT&T for line repair insurance and when the tech came to my home, he pulled out the two, needed, snipped, pink wires with just his fingers. They were folded and tucked into the kitchen wall, and only about 4 inches shorter than the other easily reachable wires. All wires looked brand new, not old and brittle. My intuition was correct. For this reason, I cannot advise any female who lives alone to hire The Phone Guy to work in her home without another person present to supervise his work, especially with those scissors! Home lines, unlike business cables are fine and can be easily cut. This is an actual experience, not a contrived Google review. I would not trust the Facebook testimonials for The Phone Guy to be from actual clients, either.
