    I am extremely happy with Rick and his crew; they did a fantastic job. I had been putting off my remodel because the previous contractors I have used have been less than professional. Rick, Neil and their staff proved this theory wrong. They were professional, caring, and showed dedication from day one until my job was completed. There were issues, there always are, but they dealt with them and kept me informed throughout.
    I would highly recommend The Pine River Company and would definitely use them again.

    Rebuilt House

    I had the entire house, other than the outer frame and structure, rebuilt; so new: roof, water, sewer, electrical, AC, floors, internal walls, insulation on the roof and walls. For a residential project, I would say it is major. I think the most important thing for such a big project is to have a contractor who not only knows construction but also will work with you honestly and fairly. There are always unforeseen problems requiring modifications not covered by the original contract. Rick Munne of Pine River Company worked with me through all the unforeseen problems. He is knowledgeable, honest, and straight-forward. When a subcontractor does something not well, he had the subcontractor re-do it before I even got wind of it. I recommend Rick Munne of the Pine River Company without reservation.

    Kitchen remodel, flooring, Perfection!!

    First let me just say that it is next to impossible to find a contractor that is communicative, responsive, timely organized and pays attention to the details that you don't have to chase somebody for. Rick and Neil run a tight ship with all the bells and whistles included. It is strictly a professional company with a reputation that stands on its own. My custom-made cabinets are flawless and I could not have asked for more. All of the work was perfection and needed no rework or anything left undone. I would use them over again and plan to in my next endeavor. Thank you to the team for a job well done!

    I would hire Pine River Company again, absolutelly. The GC is an artist himself so he not only understands my ideas he goes beyong and ahead. He is easy to talk to, he responds every call and text. His sub contractors are very good, the job is done in time and precise. Rick is good with detail and has good ideas. Very personable and easy to talk to, communication is key when working with a GC. I thought I was going to spend weeks with an unfinished house but, the project is going fast. I am very happy with the work he ia doing and after meeting with OTHER contractors and having terrible experiences with them I would only recommend The Pine River Company.
