I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I had them replace a sewer line and install a sum pump, no real warranty. They wouldn't show me their permits or license to perform the job. I asked them for an invoice they typed it up and spelled my name wrong. They over charged me for the work, in addition to they got paid by my insurance company for the whole job as well as my finace company.

If I could give zero stars that would be my answer. We have worked with DGR for about a year, started out good and quickly crumbled into a mess. They over charge for services on a constant. We hired them to do some work for us and twice they went to the locations and did not perform work, yet sent us a bills for over $1000.00. We offered to pay the regular rates to settle the mess and move forward but they refused, and were unwilling to work with us on prices. When we first started doing work with DGR we sent them a no complete clause contract and yet as soon as we disagreed on something they tried to steal our work by bad mouthing us and claiming that we work with out a license. ( yet work performed was not something a license was needed for) In closing if you want astronomical prices, terrible quality work and a headache for months after then DGR is the company for you

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The Plumber and 72 Degrees heating and Cooling are the same company. I had them come into do a general service call on my furnace. I made the appointment for a day I was off work and I told them that. Well the did not show up and made some excuse after I call them. I gave them one more chance and they showed up 30 minutes late for the second appointment. Although they seemed to clean my system well, they tried to up sell on what seemed like every part of my system. No thanks. Not again.
