This past Monday, 10-14-13, I called the Plumbing Pro regarding a leaky drain. I asked the lady who answered the phone what the service charge would be..She stated there was no service charge, but the tech would give me an estimate and if we like it he would fix the problem. He found the problem, but the estimate was more then I could afford at the time. he ended up charging me $69.00 v Now I realize there should be charge, but that price seemed very high considering I was told there would be no charge if I didn't ok the work. I feel this is a very poor way to conduct business and I could never recommend your company to anyone who asks. Recpt. # S7873. phone # 816-987-0133
