Poolsmith is GREAT!!! In May 2014, we contacted Dimitri from Poolsmith & set up an appt to have the pool opened. Andreas came and opened the pool and at that time we discussed doing a salt water conversion and buying a new pump and filter. Everything went so smoothly. They were not pushing us into buying anything unnecessarily and they were so helpful since it was our first season in our new home with a pool. They explained the set up & what we need to do if we were to maintain it ourselves throughout the season. (Which we did) They always answered our calls if we had any questions. I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, courteous, and super nice!! I tell everyone that has a pool that I think Poolsmith is the BEST. :)

I would like to complement the Poolsmith Inc. on the fantastic job their team accomplished while installing our new custom in-ground pool. Everyone involved was professional and very knowledgeable. The crew worked hard and managed to break through the solid clay in my backyard with no additional costs (to us). We were amazed that despite bad weather, our pool was installed and functional in a short period of time. Thank you for accommodating our "last minute" changes and requests. We couldn't be more impressed with the job your team did, and with our fabulous new pool!
