We hired Eric to install a brand-new heating system, and he assured us it was complete and fully operational. When we turned the heat on for the first time—with both my elderly mother and our toddler in the home—the system did not work. We brought in Reiner to inspect, and they confirmed what we feared: the installation was a disaster. It was wired incorrectly, incomplete, and so sloppy that the thermostat couldn’t even connect because there wasn’t enough wiring run.
Despite repeated calls and texts, Eric refuses to answer or take responsibility. This is not just incompetence—it is negligence. Throughout the renovation process, we experienced constant issues: lack of communication, unsafe working conditions (with a baby and a dog in the house), and complete disregard for timelines and promises.
Eric does not stand by his word, does not care about the safety or comfort of his clients, and clearly does not take pride in his work. Leaving a family without heat, knowing there is a toddler and an elderly parent in the home, is beyond unprofessional—it’s disgraceful.
Save yourself the stress, the wasted money, and the heartache. Eric is not to be trusted.
