    I am a retired plumbing contractor, my experience with Patrick was very good. He was knowledgeable and confident and even made an old pro like me comfortable. I was very pleased with the "jetter" job he did to my building drain and sewer. I would totally recommend him for major sewer clearing and maintenance.

    I have hired Patrick through out 5 years. Very punctual fixed the job right away. Full honesty. Previously, I used him as my tiled contractor. Did an awesome creative tile job for me. Never had such a passionate individual. Highly recommended.

    Patrick does a thorough job of sewer pipe replacement. Many of his clients are apartment building owners and other businesses which require heavy use of plumbing facilities. He is honest and diligent.

    He also is a craftsman with stone tile. He put in a new bathroom and kitchen for me; it still looks great after ten years. No problems with cracking or lost grout.

    My experience seems to be at odds with others. Perhaps they were looking for someone to rip off. Unfortunately a lot of property owners do that, and the only way they pay up is to sue them in small claims. Can't blame Mr. Duckwald for wanting to be paid for his work.

    Patrick Duckwald really knows his business. He is excellent. He knows how to handle large jobs that involve pipe repairs that have tree roots in them and he gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I have used him for four major jobs in various neighborhoods in San Francisco that have involved city permits and he knows how to get the job done. He has replaced large street plumbing pipes and clean outs and he replaces the concrete better than it was before. Level sidewalk means no liability for me! He is the best!
