the Remodel Masters

Hired them to move a toilet and replace the floor in our basement bathroom. They didn't remove the tile, just filled the grout lines and laid the LVT over the top. For some reason the floor -which looks good- sounds hollow when walked on. I know Jed the owner knew there was a problem which we didn't discover until the guys left our home. We have tried to get them to come fix the issue to no avail. This all happened on May 9, 2025 and it is now a June 7th. Jed insists the floor was laid correctly but it shouldn't sound hollow when walked on.
We have had them do 2 other floors for us that are fine. I know that they had a big job to do after ours, but making sure ours was fixed should have been the priority. Jason does quality work but Jeds' attitude is really unfortunate. My guess is they didn't know how to handle what they were hired for, but they should have let us know if they weren't sure, and they definitely should become take care of the issue.

They put in a new tub and shower and repaired a leak in my bathroom. It is exactly what I wanted, it is beautiful ! They only took under two days to complete the job. They were on time, prompt, and and VERY neat. I was amazed there was no mess at all.
Jed and his two man crew are warm, caring and very knowledgeable people.
I have lots of other projects I need done and will definitely have them do those. I'm so happy to have found them!!!

I called desperate for a repair to a new porch roof that was literally a botched job by a guy who took me for too much money & did not perform. Jed, Remodel Masters owner, arrived with his 2 trusted contractors and did a thorough review of my project. I was shocked at how many faults he found on this new build. I only knew the roofing was a fail. With that in mind, I was devastated bc the previous contractor botched the job all around. I wanted to see & here everything so Jed specifically pointed out construction issues.
I then felt properly informed. Subsequently I asked if he could not only re-roof but also repair and make changes to areas not done correctly previously.
I needed tasks done asap. We agreed on price with him being as fair as possible. His 2 man crew jumped on this job and helped me tremendously. I feel safe now. I feel I'll pass code inspection now.
I Highly recommend using Remodel Masters for your next project. I'm calling him back for another project.

They exceeded all our expectations!! They remodeled our outdated leaky bathroom. I appreciated him taking the time to learn our needs and explain things while giving the pros and cons for each decision. Everyone was friendly and professional. They stayed within our budget and even finished the project early. The best part is our bathroom looks great and no more water leaks. We will be calling them to do our kitchen next.
