Its been a really bad experience. Overall, they hired mediocre people to complete work and hired a non licensed subcontractor to complete work they should never have touched. Two different licensed pool service company's gave me a quote of $29,000 and $35,000 to fix the damaged pool. I am hoping to work out a peaceful resolution with the company. I am in the process of getting two additional quotes to fix their mistake/s. What they offered does not cover the cost of what needs to be fixed, the money out of my pocket to fix their mistakes during the project, and the incomplete landscaping work. Some of the pavers they put in are already cracking. I don't mind paying, I just need a fair compensation for the work they did. I'll update. Hopefully, litigation can be avoided. Nir used intimidation tactics to try to get me to say the work was completed with the finance company when it wasn't. There is so much to say.
