Called contractor (Scott) tonight to explain the problems we are having with our A/C unit today. I have it set at 72 and my house is at 78 degrees right now. Contractor was rude and cussed at my husband on the phone. I understand it's hot out. But the unit is not running right. I am not impressed with this mans business/customer service skills at all. WE will be calling somebody else to come look at the unit and send him the bill. Our house is a year old, it's a brand new unit. We should not be having problems with this unit.
