    The fellas came out to my home today to clean up after smoke damage & I couldn’t be happier. They were on time, courteous, polite & extremely efficient..

    They did an excellent job removing all of the soot & the place smelling great & sparkling.

    When they were done, they asked me if was happy with the job & asked if I needed them to do anything else.

    Top notch experience, from the office personnel; the techs; Dave & the owner, Steve.

    I highly recommend them if you’re ever in need of their services.

    The contact (Tim) was a super nice guy, but the guy, Alex they sent to our home was an absolute horror. He wouldn't listen to me and had to do everything his own way. He scratched my floor and then said it wasn't him and the scratch was already there

    My experience with this company has been terrible. I hired them to work for me with a public adjuster from Capital Adjustment, and at the end, I worked for them given the amount of money that they were paid from my insurance claims. These guys "appear" to have your best interest in mind but they are actually out to drain your insurance policy and ride of into the sunset which they did. I have a burnt blazer from their dry cleaning affiliate and have yet to be reimbursed for that - and the content/dwelling cleaning from their cleaners was terrible! my house still smelled like smoke from the fire that I had. I'm not the type of person that gives negative reviews, if the business is integral and makes attempts to rectify the issues at hand. However, they were paid a large amount of money for something I could've did a better job at and now I'm being ignored. They lack integrity and take advantage of people's misfortunes to further elevate their finances. Don't use them!

    Great team. I had 3 of the guys doing work to take away smoke damage from a fire that occurred next door to my house. They removed ceilings that were wet from the fire department. They emptied my house to storage while my home was being put back together and even brought a couple things to my temporary housing to make me more comfortable. These guys went above and beyond. I thank jesus daily for these angles he sent to me in my time of need

    The emergency service guy (tim)was very polite and caring when placing machines to filter my air. He billed my insurance directly and he was a nice man.
