My name is Fairya Mellado. I signed a contract with Robert Ortega, The Roof Doctor owner on July 6, 2018. I did do research and consulted with at least 2 other homeowners about their satisfaction with his work before I signed a contract and paid him $8300 to repair hail damage on our Flat Roof. Unfortunately, an unusually rainy summer in El Paso delayed work. However, it has been dry for awhile and it is now Nov. 29, 2018. He seems to go into the Hospital a lot, so that delays work. He is personable and seemed hardworking and motivated to do a good job, but he has not been a good communicator and has promised several times to start work but then did not show up. If he ever does the work, I will gladly post an update.
