had the worst experience of my life. had them come out and clean the roof and replace the skylights. when they removed the skylights the drywall went up to the trim around the skylight . the replacement skylight the drywall has a 1/2 inch gap and no trim around it just goes up to glass nothing like what i had and looks like i an armature installed it hanging sealant and now the fix is that they will put trim around the skylight for about 500 more this company has no idea about skylights or should be installing them. if it was a car and i put a fender on it and it did not look or fit right would you be happy with what you got. or would you find the correct fender to put on to make your customer happy not this company this has been going on for 5 months and i am done

I contracted Roof Medic remove small branches from my roof and chemically treat my roof for moss for $1,400 in March 2019. It is a two story 4200 sq ft house with minor moss growth on the north side. When the work was performed, and I especially commented to the workers about protecting my camellia and rhododendrons from the herbicide. I noticed the workers randomly pressure washing these plants. Within three weeks after the work, I noticed black burns on my azaleas, boxwood shrub and browning of the leaves on my four evergreen clematises in the back yard. These plants are downwind of the prevailing SW wind here, and I am certain they were hit with overspray of roof herbicide. I am WSU master gardener, and I recognized chemical burns on these plants in addition to minor burns on the rhododendron. In April a representative came out and at first denied they did any damage. I showed him 4 clematis had been killed, the boxwood bush looked like it was dying and the azaleas were burned. He took leaf samples with him. I asked what kind of remuneration would they offer, and he asked what the replacement cost of the clematis was. I said small 1 gallon ones was $200, but these are 10 year old and covered 40 ft of back fence providing privacy from the neighbor. The representative said he would speak with the owner and decide what to do. I got a $200 rebate in the bill. Subsequently, I feared they also killed my front yard rose and blueberry bush. The rose died back to the ground but recovered, and the blueberry lost 80 % of its limbs , but didn't die. I wrote the owner and said I was not very satisfied with the and requested at least a complementary roof debris removal next year. I received no response. In addition to the work of removing all the dead vines, replanting with small plants, I have lost my privacy foliage for years. I caution your using the company unless you oversee them carefully. I have before and after photos of the vines they killed.

We had our roof cleaned by the roof medic. They did a great job. I liked the fact we were informed every step of the way. Our experience with contractors in the past is they don't show up when they say they will but Bob was did what he said he was going to do and the job looks great. I also like the fact they have a maintenance program to keep our roof in good condition.

The quality of work done on my home and the team working were very impressive. The owner is a man of obvious integrity, and it filters down to his employees. Roof Medic is fair in business dealings. Without reservation, I fully recommend Roof Medic.
