In the beginning, we were very impressed with Eric Shaw. That quickly changed! Once the contract was signed and the first payment made, we never saw him again...not even to check out the finished kitchen remodel. Now, a year later we are still dealing with warranty issues. Shaw is quick to send someone out, but the answer is always the same...that is normal...right! We will soon be remodeling both our bathrooms and will not be using Shaw Company...enough said!
