Peter Baldwin was pleasant enough, but his rebuild of my bulkhead doors was poor done. The material he used was way too heavy (or perhaps not well enough braced), and within a few months they began to sag inwards. Two years later, they are so badly warped that you can see daylight through the middle, and they allow rain to leak into the basement. He has had neither the courage nor the courtesy to reply to my three phone calls.
