John contracted to remove my bathtub & install a tile shower & backsplashes in my bathroom & kitchen. After removing the bathtub & doing a little plumbing & never laying a single tile John left. I repaired a water leak, filled the plumbing hole, relocated an electrical wire & installed new insulation & water barrier. The slope on the drain was also incorrect. I had to find another contractor to complete the work. I also had to retain a lawyer to have a portion of my deposit refunded. John never replied to any emails.

John with The Tile Smith did an amazing job on our Bathroom Remodel. We wanted to update our master bathroom in Missoula. John helped us through every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and gave us ideas we didn't think of doing. One thing I found exceptionally great about him.... He didn't do all the work himself. He hired other professionals to do the electrical and plumbing. He is a perfectionist and puts great care in his work. Thank you John.

I would " Only " recommend John with The Tile Smith. Great cost and job. I had 2 other tile contractors come and give a bid and they acted like they could do it all but when I asked what kind of shower bladder they plan on using, they both told me " OOO you don't need that " the concrete is water proof. John was a great guy and brings quality to Missoula, MT.
