It was not a perfect situation and I feared I was going to get ripped off, but it turned out very well. I selected Vanic because 1) They communicated they wanted the job versus just giving an estimate; 2) They communicated they would do it the following week versus other that said at least three weeks, 3) The matched the lowest estimate.
Well they did it the second week which fine but was the cause that made me nervous. I 'think' they did a good job, since I do not know anything about cement. They put rebar on the ground and 'rebar bars' around the perimeter.
The area was 48'x 38'. They said to let it stand for one week but I will wait three weeks to be sure, since heavy equipment will be on the floor.Response from The Vanic Company Inc. Yes i would recommend this company to any other contractor and any other homeowner who is looking for concrete work or demolition very friendly people.

Concrete stairs and walkway to front door. They came up with a perfect plan to meet my requirements. I had a very strict deadline and they worked above and beyond to meet it, including weekends and after normal work hours. They were polite and professional.
