We had windows put in 2011 and contract states lifetime warranty. In August of this year we called Doug Ross and informed that our kitchen slider window would not lock and asked if he could come to look at and see see what the problem was. We called and text him several times and one response was that he was too busy to come. We have since gone elsewhere to have the window fixed.

Doug Ross was prompt in arriving at my home for a replacement window estimate. He replaced half the windows six years prior and we had him finish installing the rest of the windows. He was efficient when we contracted and hisprices were half the cost of a big box retailer. They came and neatly removed all debris and all old windows. They installed the new windows promptly . I had two storm doors replaced about three years later. He was very fair and upfront. If there was a problem as there were two minor issues installing the front storm and one cellar window, I was informed and the minor issues were resolved. I was pleased with his work and now would like his estimate on siding my house.

Owner
Victor, who works with Doug did a great job installing 4 replacement windows. One window cracked and he replaced it quickly. My concern was energy efficiency and the Federal Tax Credit. He referred me to the company that made the windows and they told me to talk with Doug. I guess they are not Energy Efficient windows. I don't blame Doug, I should have gotten this information before the windows were installed.
