Predatory business practices! Do not hire this company! I had to give them one star for fixing my furnace and coming out late in the evening, but they basically held me hostage. Tech smelled like weed. The tech then gave me a verbal amount $400ish as to what the part would cost because I asked how much it would cost. I did NOT sign anything prior to installation. Once installed, they had me sign the paperwork AFTER and they charged me TRIPLE! Wouldn’t take the part out because they now considered it “used”. Tech expected me to pay $1200 in cash. Unprepared for $1200 out of pocket, I offered to put part down and the rest when I got paid. He said no, it’s COD. I have him in my house, 9:30 at night, I’m alone and he’s not allowing me to pay a portion. Luckily, I had a friend that could charge it. Manager messaged me and asked why the rating. I told him and he basically said I lied with no apology, no nothing. Terrible business & customer service. They took advantage of me in the below zero weather without heat.
