  Mr. Allen is not worth the time the warranty company is paying him. He not only lied to the warranty company about the issue it caused the warranty company to deny my claim. I would automatically get a different contractor if he is assigned to you. He would rather receive the money himself over the warranty company. Really really awful!!

  #1 stating that the wiring is the reason that the compressor is broke, how did that cause the compressor to break when the unit is old and was inspected by an inspector when the home was built?
  #2 - Called more reputible contractor who without even seeing unit stated that there is no way wiring is primary reason that compressor is broke. Compressor was going bad which causes the wire to burn out. It's actually the exact opposite.

  I would never give this man a dime of my money.
  REALLY REALLY AWFUL!!! STAY CLEAR AWAY!

  We are currently without AC due to a big storm that happened a few days ago causing power outages around the county. AHS sent Edward out here of Thermodynamic Technologies. The explanation of the issue he told me is not the issue he gave to AHS. He told me my compressor was broken… he went back and told AHS lightening struck my house. No where is there damage or even a burn spot due to lightening on my house. Nor did he ever say anything about lightening striking the house directly to me. The blatant lie that he told has left my wife and I without heat. And now AHS nor we can get in touch with his man. He answered my call on my first try because he was unaware of the number. As soon as he realized my wife and I were connected, he hung up in my face and has not answered since. We are disgusted. A man who displayed such knowledge at first turned to be such a disappointment.

  Very professional, courteous and on time. Diagnosed the AC problem quicky (bad capacitor) and had the repairs done in no time.

  AC diagnosis

  Worst “service” I have ever had from a company. The technician didn’t even ring the doorbell and left after five minutes. When I called to ask why he left without even looking at the AC he started yelling and hung up the phone while I was speaking. This is the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to. What an absolute waste of time. Do not use this company.

  Heat Pump Repair

  Ed was my HVAC technician and he did a fantastic job. Issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. He was professional, friendly and also took the time to check everything out before he left. Would recommend.

  This was a total waste of my money and time. If you have a problem and really want the job done without stress. Don’t use this company.
  Mr Allen was rude. And made the wrong decision about my problem.
  Lied about calling a city inspector
  American Home Sheild sent him here about my AC. There was water running in my floor.
  Mr Allen took it upon himself to play homeowner. And tell me about the detergent on my hot water. About my freezer. And my washer could not be in my laundry room.
  And he told me to shut up and left because I would not obey him. And act like a woman without a clue.
  And left the water running ??‍♀️ n my floor.
  Thank GOD for Colonial Plumming. They came right out and stop my water. My AC was working great when CP left.
  And guess what. No code violation and my washer could remain in the spot where it has been for over 25 years.
  Never again.
  This was a nightmare...
  One star was only given because I could not share my experience without one.

  Mr Edward Allen came to our house and fix our central air. He checked everything and solve the problem. It was quick and very professional. To all home owners please get American Homeshield insurance. It covers everything. God bless thank you mr Edward Allen. Great job!
