    Diagnose, recommend, and then perform maintenance and repair/refurbishment
    $10,000

    They came in to do a diagnosis and make a recommendation on how to improve efficiency in our AC system. However, they broke out AC system while doing the diagnosis, on the hottest day of the year, and left us with no cooling whatsoever. Our apartment temp went up to 87 degrees. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to come back, even to take a look at what they had done. They told us that the broken AC must’ve been ConEd’s fault.
    We finally got another contractor to come and fix the problem and was able to confirm exactly what thermodynamic had done that had crippled our AC system. Thermodynamix turned out to be not only incompetent , but also arrogant in denying their mistake, and un remorseful. They are the worst combination of qualities you could possibly get in a service provider.
