    Demo old deck, build new screened in deck

    DO NOT call this company to do work for you.
    No work ethic, reliability, excuses and multiple delays took 4 months to do one deck. And a CASH ONLY business on top of it. He will ask for money thru the whole job whenever HE DECIDES to show up for half day of work.
    Find another contractor. Check license, insured and bonded, don't think he is.
    We were stupid from day one.
