    $3,000

    Terrible service. I hired them to install my Mitsubishi mini split and they never finished setting it up and are unresponsive as I have asked them repeatedly to come finish the set up, so it still does not work (more than a year after installation). They are the worst HVAC service I have ever experienced.

    When dealing with a Home Warranty company for discrepancies with our newly purchased home... Think Home Services was a ray of sunshine in a dark, gloomy process. He went out of his way to explain what was going to happen, and when. Then he actually hit all of his schedules.

    The Installation's Guy, James, was stellar! James went out of his way to make sure things were done to my satisfaction (not necessarily an easy task), and was very pleasant to work with, and have in our home. He always showed up with a mask on, and was very conscious of his presence in our home. James replaced 2 HVAC systems for us, by himself. And did so, while remaining right on schedule, and making everything as aesthetically pleasing as possible. He gave me several pointers on how to cool my shop, as a tangent of his being here. Thanx James. You are a Fu**ing Rockstar!

    AC repair

    Great company with great customer service. I was recommended to this company from my home warranty after another company couldn’t provide emergency service. It was great to hear that I was put on the emergency list considering how hot it has been. Patrick was very professional and understood the importance of my emergency. Patrick happened to be the technician who repaired my system. He wore a mask and put on booties prior to entering my home. He also took the time to explain my issue. Patrick personifies professionalism which he demonstrated from the initial call to completion of the service. Bravo Zulu (Well Done)...
