I was very impressed with Cody and his crew. They replaced the shingles on the house ,garage and even the small roof over the front porch. The job was mostly completed in on day except for about an hour clean up the next morning. The plywood over the house needed completely replaced which I knew was a possibility but was still done below the estimated cost. Cody and his crew have a bright future in roofing. I would highly recommend third generation roofing.

Cody provided me with a quote for the project, and then when we accepted his proposal, he was out within a few days to get the project done for us. From what I can see, the job looks fine, and he seems to know roofing. Hopefully, the new ridge vent will work as planned, and we'll get rid of the leaks that we were having with the original metal ridge vent. I would recommend 3rd Generation Roofing to others.
