I would not recommend you work with this contractor. We signed a contract, paid a down payment and after waiting 4 months from the start date with little to no contact we had to hire another contractor. We are now taking him to court to get our money back.

I would not recommend this contractor. He took a down payment then stopped returning our calls, emails and texts. No wworries elevator was ever completed and funds were not returned.
