Terrible communication as to expectations of project timeline, estimated costs and managing project. Work quality is fine, but the constant issues around project management really out weighted all else.

In 2008, Innovation Renovation (Thom Whaley) was hired to renovate my entire home. The quality workmanship and beautiful asthetics have certainly withstood the test of time.
They gutted our kitchen, moved a doorway, matched existing wood floors, relocated plumbing and an unwanted soffet, and installed beautiful cherry cabinets and granite counters. We took Thom's recommendation and also finished the attic floor and installed a whole-house fan which still silently delivers fresh air throughout our home. They also added a full bathroom to our basement. Our family and friends just love hanging out in this space. The industrial sheikh design includes a brick wall and egress window. For 10 years we have not seen one drop of water in our basement.
This year, we will be using Innovation Renovation once again to add an accessory dwelling to our home. I highly recommend Thom Whaley to anyone seeking an honest craftsman who takes great pride in his work.
