    I did not have a good experience with a couple of the electricians at Hicks electric. One person in particular was a real problem. The work he did was not good and submitted cost that were almost double my budget. It was not good.

    In the end, I called Tom Hicks and he was great to deal with. He made sure I got the work completed properly and he asked me what my budget was for the job and said that was all I had to pay. He did this without any hesitation.

    Given how the owner dealt with the situation I do feel that if you are able to get the right electrician, and your contractor stays in top of that person, then maybe they deserve a chance. I only say this because in the end the owner Tom Hicks made it right without any argument.
