Builder doesn't honor his warranty. Home has $8,000 worth of HVAC problems causing exceedingly high electric bills. This was verified by power co and by other HVAC contractors including his own new sub. Lots improperly graded causing drainage problems throughout neighborhood. Other homes having similar problems. Builder not fixing punch list items ( been going on one year).
