    My place came out pretty good. Usual things when building such as timing,supplies,other trades, everything is a rush at the end. Had a couple of good carpenters on the job. I had a lot of say but should have had more communication from Tom.

    We would not recommend TP McCarthy. While they did generally good work, we had (and still have) open issues that will never be resolved by the builder that have cost us many thousands of dollars over the original contract price. The schedule was not adhered to and communication with the builder was terrible.
