Mr Thomas has been working for our company since 1998. He has provided his construction services for more than 25 projects. Every project was completed on time and within budgetary constraints. I will support Mr. Thomas by allowing him to be our main source of Construction Oversight for projects in excess of $ 5,000,000. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Do not give this man a penny. We hired him for a $20k job. His workers caused a house fire by the sander bag catching fire when they went for dinner. That brought out inspectors which our contract said everything would be done to High Point Code. Found out that literally everything he did had to be redone. He put a French door under an old header for a window and the header stopped 8 inches to the end of the door. Electrical issues, porch issues... brushed stain over poly covered beams without sanding down the poly. I have pictures, lists of more problems, and other references he screwed just as bad incase you don't believe me.
If someone says he did good work since 2015, they are either his family and they are lying or the problems haven't come up yet. I wouldn't have known we had the issues we had if not for the fire.
Unless you want to donate to a crook don't give this man a penny.

By Kristal O.September 4, 2015repair frozen pipe and flood damage$10,000160 daysHorrible Eample of a worthy contractor!!
Leo Thomas appears to be a kind, honorable, trust worthy man but appearances are very deceiving!! Talking with him during the "interview" process was wonderful. I thought "wow, there are good people still left in this world". Once the money exchanged hands it was a completely different story! Day after day he promised to be on my job (fixing a frozen water pipe) but would turn into broken promise after another. My 3 week job has been in progress 4 months and I haven't heard from him in 6 weeks since I expressed my dismay of the situation!!! The quality of work is horrible! The things he said would be done are not done. Materials that I chose were substituted for inferior products! I have NO insulation in my ceiling, buckled flooring, paint splatter on everything, broken "thresholds" (they are not thresholds!), uneven crown molding, splotchy paint job, peeling tape at sheet rock joints, carpet that is just sitting on top of padding (didn't remove all of padding only butted up to old) and the list goes on!!! Needless to say it has been a complete waste of time and money! I'm out a considerable amount of money, a home that is in less than acceptable condition, a nonexistent contractor and heat/air escaping every second of every day....just a little daily reminder of money wasted and another disappointing reality of mankind!

I highly support Mr. Leo Thomas' ability and construction expertise. He has completed three projects ranging from 25,000 to 285,000 and has successfully done this under budget and within the time constraints. He personally assisted with the design, estimating and scope of work prior to being hired. A true professional and a very competent General Contractor.

I have worked with Leo for over 20 years and he is one of the best in his field. We have successfully completed over 100 projects ranging from residential construction to environmental remediation of hazardous waste. I have gained so much knowledge from his leadership and his common sense approach to solving problems. I highly recommend him for your next project.

Mr. Leo Thomas, appears to be a soft spoken gentleman with lots of experience and knowledge, BUT his follow through is horrible. Our small 2 day job has taken weeks and its still not complete. Worst of all is his lack of communication with his customer. I regret advancing him any money because it appears as though he is trying to get over on us. Every day is a new day of excuses. It's been nothing short of a nightmare.

I hired Mr.Thomas for a small grading job. Mr Thomas showed up on time and when he said would. Completed job as expected. I am not his family and had never met him before. I will hire him again.
