They came to my house 3 weeks ago to give me an estimate for an oil to gas heat conversion.Evey time I call they tell me the estimate will be in my mailbox the next day. I've called 3 times. They are a local company so getting the estimate should not be a problem. Also the individual who answers the phone seems lost every time I call. This company gives new meaning to the word 'inept"/ AVOID THEM.

We needed a plumber to change our heating system from oil to gas. Our experience was was the best. From getting the estimate to starting all the way to the finish. Prima was on top of all the paper work and scheduling. Dave made sure all the work was done properly and inspections were completed. Their plumbers were very friendly and clean. They showed up every day on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. You will be happy you chose them..
