He dragged on a job for over 2 years. He would show up to do work about once a month. He leaves his sons there to do work and a couple times.the inspections would not pass. He would need to re correct it. He wanted all the cash up front or he wouldn't finish the job. I've never heard of a contractor asking for a full payment before he finishes the job. He still had 1/3 of the job to finish. Whan I'd call to see when he's coming back to finish the job he either wouldn't answer the phone many of times or he'd get angry about me calling.we ended out hiring someone else to correct and finish the job.
