As this man is putting the floors in, his employee tells me that Tom already has taken enough extra material from previous builds, to build five more houses just like mine. This man does not build to code and he is a thief. He gives you an estimate, then updates the estimate for another five grand. And when he is packing up, says you owe him another five grand. When you ask what it is for, he says cleaning supplies. Okay, WHAT? He has already built a house just like this one right before mine, but doesn't know how much it costs?? Then, takes the supplies he charged you for, when his second estimate keeps you from having a porch added on. We have had plumbing issues from day one. Currently, I am trying to figure out how to fix the botched up job he did to the kitchen plumbing. For some reason, he left absolutely zero room to remove, clean and replace the vent pipe. Also, incorrect piping was used in every inch of his installation. We have to pump the sewage every year, because he did not build the house high enough off of the ground, so it back into the house before it should. Do not use this man for any job.
