Do NOT trust this contractor. Just ask any resident who lives on Lyman Ave in Hudson. He does what he pleases and takes land that does NOT belong to him to make his properties seem bigger. When confronted, he claims he didn't know. He is a builder, he is supposed to know.

Tom is one of the most trustworthy contractors in central mass. Evident by 35+ years in business with multiple repeat customers. He is honest to a fault and is very transparent on costs, advising customers on where they should be spending money and where they shouldn’t. Tom has worked for me on multiple jobs and he is my first call if his schedule allows. Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about, considering the contractor has nothing to do with lot lines, the lot size is what it is. The house is what matters and Tom is a trusted advisor and doesn’t cut any corners, which for me is the most important quality in a builder.
