We found ourselves in a difficult situation when a tree fell on my late uncle's house, causing a great deal of mold & water damage as well as roof damage, especially since my elderly mother, her brother's Executor, lives in Florida. I took on the repair project, also from Florida, and was thrilled to find Tom Garbati to do the necessary work. He was everything one would hope a contractor would be. He offered us a good price and was very responsive & communicative. Tom took care of both the roof re-do and interior remodeling with expertise. We highly recommend this builder.
