    $900,000

    Tom did the teardown of our cottage and the build of our retirement home. Fantastic attention to detail and his craftsmen are second to none.

    Demolish, design & rebuild

    We completed a significant demolish, design & rebuild with Tom O’Neill. The finished project far exceeded our expectations. We recommended Tom to several friends for various projects after they saw our new home. The craftsmen that Tom uses are top notch. He is a very talented architect, builder and designer.

    build new home

    Worst builder ever. Budget and time frame mean nothing to him. He is a used car salesman. Project was supposed to be finished January of 2019, still unfinished. He abandoned the project. I know several other clients that have similar horror stories.
