We are currently building a home with Revane builders. I will start with the positive….. the work that has been done so far is amazing. And now for the long list of negatives…..
1. We started the process with them in January of 2022. Construction was to be completed by the end of November 2022. It’s now the end of June 2023 and we are still not even close to done. All we have so far is framing, rough plumbing and electric!
2. A lot of their subs and suppliers have put them on COD as they do not pay their bills.
3. They take money from one person that should be used for their house and they use it to finish up someone else’s house.
4. They have taken on too many projects and they are in over their heads financially and with the work load.
In a couple of words…..
THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Stay away!
