So first I would say Tom does excellent work and had build a porch for our family and done other projects for our relatives (renovation). Recently we were quite disappointed with our interaction with Tom as he had provided an estimate for some repairs (rotten would, water damage borders, woodpecker damaged panels) last fall with a promise to complete this work this spring. When called, he said he was booked through September and apologized for not letting us know. Basically, seemed better and bigger projects vs his promise. Just to let readers be aware of this as we felt this was less than professional behavior.
