Tommy started building our home April of 2020. It has been one of the worst experience of our lives. Once the tornado occurred In Seneca he forgot about us. The house set for months without anything ever being done. Failure to communicate, not keeping his word, constantly making excuses and hardly ever visiting the site. Three visits in 8 months to be exact. The third was when we terminated the contract right before Christmas. It took him 8 months to get it in the dry. His framing crew did an incomplete and terrible job on the house. Many of the things I’ve had to pay others to correct. There were several times I would talk to him and he acted like he wasn’t sure which house I was even talking about. I’m not the only family this has happened too. Others families have faced the same issue with Tommy. There is more I could say but will leave it to this for now. Needless to say we are still not in our house. If I could give zero stars I would .
