Permits
- Building permit records show that Thomas & Melhorn Architects, LLC has worked on 19 permitted projects.
Charming and eager upon first sessions. But grossly underdelivered, overcharged and provided designs that did not include the items we wanted. Repeated same off point designs for second and third pass. Copied Alys Beach architects which is nice but not what we wanted. Overcharged by 50% for the repeated mistakes. Have since heard from two other families building luxury homes of same issues, they like us switched to other architects with very positive outcomes. Many family members work at this firm most are under qualified. We have also been warned by subscontractors of serious payment issues and liens. Wish we were warned sooner than later to have saved wasted time and money.
