Mr. Thomas is a conman. He quoted us $740- to do our driveway. Said it would be less if my husband helped him. We just lost our son, Alexander, 3 months ago and he works 6 days a week, so we opted for NO help and full payment. We did offer to prep it the day before, Powerwashing, which took 6 hours. I messaged him prior and told him the leaves were falling faster than we could get them off the driveway, asking if that was a concern, he never responded. He just showed up, unannounced, gave my husband a leaf blower and told him he would be back. ? He came back, rushed the job, got my husband to help him the ENTIRE time anyway and still charged us $740-!? Our 3 year old was asleep on me under the carport when I was writing the check, I didn't see all the over spray on my brand new garden beds, flower pots or planters, the sprayed leaves instead of driveway, the cracks not entirely filled... till the next morning. That's when I first messaged him regarding my disgust. No response. For 2 days. Finally, I warned him I'd cancel the check if he didn't respond, no response... So I did. Messaged him asking him for his address to send a corrected check for what we feel he deserves ($500-) after this nightmare, finally... A response! ZERO accountability!! So many lies. Guess we are going to small claims court now. Maybe I'll finally get the answers to all the questions I got ZERO response on.
