    Dave is a con man. His new phone number is ‭+1 (402) 417-4074‬ Dave took a $2000 deposit for HVAC equipment on Dec 5th 2018 and has made every excuse to avoid me until Jan 8th 2019 when he began telling me he will refund my deposit. Dave then wrote me a check in the amount of $2000 the check was denied for insufficient funds. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CON MAN! Soon to be convicted felon.

    People watch out for Dave Thomas. His company is Thomas precision repairs in Lincoln.
    Do not hire him for anything .. You will regret like me and many other people... His record history in the last 10 years at least 20 cases, he felt couple business because he's taking many people's money deposit and don't do the job, he have several small claim from $3000-$5000... And If he do the work look like XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and won't come back to fix.. Google and do your search of this contractor.... He took my 10000.00 deposit to build my garage, in 6 months all he did just digging the foundation and mess up all my house.. Took my ten thousand and no return.. Not just only me there is some other people too... Please email me if you have any question I will answer anytime.. I just don't want anybody out there get in trap of this scumbag.

    Do Not Trust!

    These people almost convinced my elderly parents that their foundation needed to be fixed and cost 20K, i had 3 other contractors(for estimates) go over to take a look and they all said there was nothing wrong with the foundation, and these were people from large known companies (epp concrete, quality block & basement, etc). Do NOT TRUST these people.

    Dave Thomas received my down payment he started the work has not finished nothing charge us half for a furnace have not seen it he took us for $15,000 don't hire him I am turning this dead beat over to my attorney my house was in Lincoln ne any thing he does look like XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX don't use him you will me sorry

    Dave Thomas received my down payment ($2150) for a walk in cooler. he promised to deliver and set up the walk in cooler for my flower shop. I never got my cooler and he hasn't given me my money back. BEWARE. Horrible person to do business with
