    Be the architect for the complete gut remodel of my duplex apartment.

    I hired Tom to work on our duplex in the West Village. Tom and his team are always cooperative and eager to get the job done. They were attentive to our needs and their design was both innovative and within budget.

    Yes, outstanding work.

    Thomas Salazar has completed the work for me on combining together three apartments in Manhattan into a high end five bedroom six bathroom 4,100 sft apartment with high end finishes.

    I am so pleased with the work that have retained him to work on two more apartments on Fifth Avenue we own, that need to be gutted and turned into high end three bedroom, three bath apartments.
