This was my first contractor experience and Terrance made it wonderful. He is super reliable, honest, and hard working. His craftsmanship and leadership is impeccable. He ran his crew in the most professional and efficient manner. Thomas Solutions renovated a 2 unit apartment building and it is beautiful! He made renovation seem easy. I’d choose Thomas Solutions for all of my home building and renovation needs every single time.

I was highly impressed with this contractor. Our project, a back deck, was clearly laid out. An aggressive time frame for completion was met with quality work. We even began another project right after the 1st one was done and was again impressed with the professionalism and quality of work!

Terrence was referred by a friend. After reaching out to Terrence he responded quickly to set up a time to meet. The meeting lasted about 90 minutes mostly because of his patience and willingness to answer all questions. Meeing was informative and Never felt like a sales pitch. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Had met with other reps and after meeting with Terrence on 5/31 decided to sign contract for windows
After the first meeting He was accessible via text and responded quickly with ag text or a phone call. The windows were installed on 7/11. The windows are GREAT! I highly recommend this contractor.
