    $97,000

    Tom Steier is unreliable. When there is a problem he won't answer his phone. He uses subs, and doesn't pay, his subs. I had to pay his subs directly to get the work done. He disappears and I was forced to become the contractor at times. He has 2 employees that are very good. He is a roofer so you would expect that portion of the job to get done. It didn't. I had to find my own roofers. HE IS VERY DISORGANIZED!!! It has been one year since we signed our agreement - just for an extension. Still not done.
